I just LOVE that picture of the girls!! It would make a wonderful Christmas card picture! I also love the description under your photo header--we feel like we are becoming the people/the family that we really want to be as well! Since the girls started school I felt like I wasn't doing enough with or for them...and now we have this wonderful quality time. As much as I curse NCLB, I am glad things are working out this way because it means more quality family time!
It is funny when I think of all the changes we have made in a short period of time. I am actually going to write about it - probably tomorrow as part of the challenge that Jen is doing... 31 days to a better blog! Each one came at just the right moment for us to accept the change and not feel overwhelmed by it. I don't think this has ever happened before, or I was not open to the changes, therefore, did not make them. Before I was just going along with my day to day life, but not really seeking to improve it. Now I just want to keep learning and growing and seeking new friends, skills, opportunities. I feel like this is an amazing time in my life and although everything is not perfect and never will be, it is still the best time of my life.
